I put my reserve gun on the table when he leaves.

I frown. "Ask your questions now."

"No thanks. " i said, sitting down in a corner

"You have questions. So ask them. Kobra doesn't bite."

"That is a lie. I want to know why you lie so much."

"People don't react when I lie. My parents raised me two years older than I was, anyway."

"How so?"

"For what?"

"Raising you two years older."

"I was told to pretend I was fifteen, I still don't know why. Any other questions?"

"You seem to . .not understand society. ."

"That's not a question."

"I know. Why do you seem to not understand what used to be nornal to do around people? Being social stuff."

I shrug, "I grew up 'round Kobra an' them. Normal never really clicked for me, I guess."

I nodded. "Got it."

I start humming

I take off my mask and bandana, wiping my face with the latter.
